What is All-on-4?
Do you need to replace all of your teeth at one time? Avoid wearing conventional dentures by investing in a complete set of full arch implants.
The streamlined design of All-on-4 follows the normal curvature of a set of natural teeth. This U-shaped hybrid device delivers both the discretion of a dental bridge with the efficiency of an advanced, fixed denture.
Your implants will replace all of the teeth in your upper or lower jaw at one time. Each restoration is custom designed to restore the desired shape and color of your individual smile. Underneath, as few as 4-6 implants are placed into the jaw. Your restoration is then permanently fixed onto the abutments so that it never slips out of place or needs to be removed.
At Wellness Dental in Arizona, All-on-4 Dental Implants combine a proven dental implant technique with 3D imaging technology and digital imaging for a precise computer simulation of your future smile before treatment even begins.
Our dental team designs every implant-supported restoration to deliver a natural appearance that supports facial structure and function — whether you choose a traditional titanium framework or premium Zirconia Dental Implants. The result is a stable implant bridge that performs just like full arch dental implants should, restoring confidence with a smile that looks and feels like your own. For patients with more advanced bone loss who aren’t candidates for traditional All-on-4 treatment, Zygomatic Implants may offer a viable alternative by anchoring into the cheekbone instead of the jaw.
The Treatment Process
Anyone considering full arch treatment will want to begin with an exam and consultation to determine if implants are right for them. Throughout your visit, we’ll evaluate your oral anatomy and review your health history. Assuming you fit the criteria for treatment, we can draft a tooth replacement treatment plan that outlines each of the steps involved.
Every treatment timeline begins with a personalized consultation. For patients undergoing oral surgery, we use local anesthesia to keep you comfortable throughout implant placement. In cases of reduced bone density, a bone grafting procedure or sinus lift may be recommended beforehand to support the long-term success of your full mouth dental implants. Many patients qualify for our Teeth in a Day protocol, leaving with a temporary teeth fixed bridge the very same day, while your final dental crowns are custom-fabricated for a precise, lasting fit.

All-on-4 Cost & Financing in Arizona
The cost of All-on-4 Dental Implants in Arizona depends on several factors: the number of implants placed per arch, whether a bone graft or sinus lift is needed beforehand, and the type of final restoration you choose — from a standard acrylic hybrid to premium Zirconia Dental Implants. Because every treatment timeline is unique, our patient coordinators provide a transparent, itemized estimate before any treatment begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
Wellness Dental offers flexible dental implant financing at our Surprise, Mesa, and Tucson offices, with low monthly payments, plans available for all credit types, interest-free options for qualified applicants, and no upfront payment required in many cases. You can also use your HSA or FSA funds toward the cost of your full arch dental implants. Many patients are able to apply their existing dental insurance plans toward part of the treatment as well, making it a more cost-effective long-term solution than continuing to repurchase denture adhesives and replacement liners year after year.
Recovery after implant placement is typically straightforward. Thanks to local anesthesia and a minimally invasive approach to surgery, most patients experience only mild swelling or tenderness for a few days and return to normal activities within about a week, while full healing and integration with the jawbone continue over the following months.
All-on-4 FAQ
The All-on-4 technique replaces a full set of teeth with as few as four implants per arch. Since each implant is installed at a specific point in your mouth, the set can work together to easily distribute and support the weight of a fixed, full arch restoration.
The cost of a full arch of teeth implants can be applied toward your existing dental insurance coverage. Our patient coordinators will work up a care plan that tabulates your estimated benefits so that you can see how much everything costs before scheduling treatment.
Wellness Dental also provides affordable financing options at our Surprise, Mesa, and Tucson dental offices. Enjoy simple 0% financing or low-interest plans, depending on how long you’d like to pay off the balance. Get instant approval with low monthly payments to transform your smile as soon as you’re ready to get started.
The success of your treatment is dependent upon an effective oral hygiene routine. If you’ve had gum disease in the past or don’t floss as often as you should, now is the best time to start. Your gums need to remain completely clean and healthy to ensure full integration with your dental implants.
Plan to brush your implants and gum tissues twice a day for at least two minutes at a time. It’s also vital that you floss at least once a day to clean around the base of each. While they cannot get cavities, the gums may still become infected from plaque and cause the implant to fail. Flossing is essential. If it’s too difficult or you prefer a more effective tool, consider using a water flosser each day instead.
Schedule a checkup and cleaning at Wellness Dental every six months, similar to the way you would with other teeth. We will evaluate your implants, gum tissues, and use special tools during the professional cleaning to keep buildup and stain at bay.
If you need to replace all of your teeth or dislike wearing removable dentures, All-on-4 implants are an excellent alternative. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology we can predictably place implants in adults of all ages, including those who are well past retirement.
