Do you need to replace all of your teeth at one time? Avoid wearing conventional dentures by investing in a complete set of full arch implants.
The All-on-4 technique replaces a full set of teeth with as few as four implants per arch. Since each implant is installed at a specific point in your mouth, the set can work together to easily distribute and support the weight of a fixed, full arch restoration.
What Does All-on-4 Look Like?
The streamlined design of All-on-4 follows the normal curvature of a set of natural teeth. This U-shaped hybrid device delivers both the discretion of a dental bridge with the efficiency of an advanced, fixed denture.
Your implants will replace all of the teeth in your upper or lower jaw at one time. Each restoration is custom designed to restore the desired shape and color of your individual smile. Underneath, as few as 4-6 implants are placed into the jaw. Your restoration is then permanently fixed onto the abutments so that it never slips out of place or needs to be removed.

Strengthens the bone around each implant
Fixed, non-removable hybrid appliance
More comfortable than traditional dentures

No dietary restrictions
Naturally supports a fuller, more youthful facial profile

The Treatment Process
Anyone considering full arch treatment will want to begin with an exam and consultation to determine if implants are right for them. Throughout your visit, we’ll evaluate your oral anatomy and review your health history. Assuming you fit the criteria for treatment, we can draft a tooth replacement treatment plan that outlines each of the steps involved.

Daily Care and Maintenance
The success of your treatment is dependent upon an effective oral hygiene routine. If you’ve had gum disease in the past or don’t floss as often as you should, now is the best time to start. Your gums need to remain completely clean and healthy to ensure full integration with your dental implants.
Plan to brush your implants and gum tissues twice a day for at least two minutes at a time. It’s also vital that you floss at least once a day to clean around the base of each. While they cannot get cavities, the gums may still become infected from plaque and cause the implant to fail. Flossing is essential. If it’s too difficult or you prefer a more effective tool, consider using a water flosser each day instead.
Schedule a checkup and cleaning at Wellness Dental every six months, similar to the way you would with other teeth. We will evaluate your implants, gum tissues, and use special tools during the professional cleaning to keep buildup and stain at bay.
